摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的学习法(PBL)联合情境教学法对妇产科护生自主学习能力的影响。方法选择2017年5月—2019年1月在我院妇产科实习的60名护生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组30名。对照组接受PBL教学,观察组在对照组基础上增加使用情景教学法,比较2组护生自主学习能力、教学满意度及护理满意度。结果干预后,2组自主学习能力测评量表评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合情境教学法可有效提升妇产科护生自主学习能力,提高教学满意度及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined context teaching method on the autonomous learning ability of nursing students in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 60 nursing students who were interned in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from May 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,each group consisting of 30 students.The control group received PBL teaching,and the observation group increased the use of scene teaching methods on the basis of the control group to compare the two groups'nursing students'autonomous learning ability,teaching satisfaction and nursing satisfaction.Results After the intervention,the scores of the self-learning ability assessment scale of the two groups of nursing students were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL combined context teaching method can effectively improve the self-learning ability of nursing students in obstetrics and gynecology,and improve teaching and nursing satisfaction.
