PBL联合病例导入式教学法在中医妇科临床见习的应用

摘要 目的 探讨以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)联合病例导入式教学法在中医妇科临床见习的应用价值。方法 选择2019年7月—2019年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院中医妇科见习的64名护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各32名。对照组采用传统教学方式,实验组采用PBL联合病例导入式教学法。均由同一教师进行授课,分析并对比2组护生的考核成绩及对教学方式和教学效果的满意度。结果 实验组护生理论知识、技能实践成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组护生对提高学习兴趣、提高理解和记忆力、提高解决问题能力及提高交流能力方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组护生对带教方式的总满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 PBL联合病例导入式教学法能够提升中医妇科临床护生教学质量、激发学习兴趣,护生满意度较高。 Objective To explore the application value of the problem-based teaching method(PBL)combined with case introduction teaching method in the clinical probation teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 64 nursing students who were trained in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from July 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 32 students in each.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group adopted PBL combined with case introduction teaching method.All were taught by the same teacher,and the assessment results of the two groups of nursing students and their satisfaction with the teaching methods were analyzed and compared.Results The theoretical and technical performances of the nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing students in the experimental group were interested in learning,understanding and memory,problem-solving skills and communication skills satisfaction in all aspects was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL combined with case introduction teaching method can improve the teaching quality of clinical nursing students,stimulate their interest in learning,and have a high degree of satisfaction among nursing students.
