摘要
PBL作为一种以学生为中心、以问题为导向的教学法,在医学教育领域应用尤为突出,PBL教学法的优势不言而喻,但也仍然有很多方面值得我们思考和探索。目前,PBL在中职院校中医康复保健专业教学中存在的问题有:学生医学基础知识薄弱,自主学习能力差;病案过于重复或类似;教师缺乏临床经验;学习环境单一;PBL教学法并不适用于所有课程;学生参与和接收程度参差不齐。我们建议对策如下:提高教师专业素养;促进校企合作,搭建产教融合平台;发挥技能大赛等平台作用;推动e-learning,建设虚拟教学环境。
PBL is a student-centered,problem-oriented teaching method,which is particularly widely used in medical education.PBL includes 4 main steps:raising the question,analyzing the raised question and finding solutions,and then summarizing.PBL has the following advantages:1.It can effectively stimulate students’learning interest and enthusiasm.2.It urges teachers to stay current with new development in medicine,help them learning from teaching.However,in the implementation of PBL among students majored in TCM rehabilitation and health care in vocational colleges,we are facing the following problems:1.Poor performance of students in basic medical courses and lack of promotion for learning among students.2.Excessively repetitive or similar medical cases.3.Teachers are lack of clinical experience.4.Single learning environment.5.PBL teaching method is not applicable for all courses.6.Students’willingness to participate and the teaching effects varied.Thus we propose following countermeasures:1.Improving the professional capability of teachers.2.Promoting school-enterprise cooperation and build new platforms to facilitate industry-education integration.3.Holding competition activities;4.Promote e-learning and build virtual teaching environment.To sum up,the advantages of PBL teaching has been well proved by the reality that this method has been popularized and applied for more than 40 years.However,many related problems are still worthy of our consideration and exploration.
