便携式临床路径教学手册在肝胆外科临床护理带教中的应用价值分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的总结并归纳便携式临床路径教学手册在肝胆外科临床护理带教中的应用价值。方法将2018年8月—2019年7月期间在该院实习的112名肝胆外科临床护理实习生纳入研究,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组56名,对照组给予传统带教,观察组给予便携式临床路径教学手册带教,分析两组实习生对知识及操作技能的掌握合格率、案例分析能力、护理评估能力、病历书写能力、应变能力,并对比实习生对带教老师的满意度。结果给予便携式临床路径教学手册带教的实习生的知识及操作技能掌握合格率、满意度分数与给予传统带教的实习生相比均优异性显著,且案例分析能力、护理评估能力、病历书写能力、应变能力评分均远优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肝胆外科临床护理带教中应用便携式临床路径教学手册的效果较好,可有效对护理带教的流程进行规范,便于带教老师对教学进度进行把握,提高教学效率,避免教学内容的重复与盲目,可显著提升实习生对专业知识与技能的掌握率,提高案例分析能力、病历书写能力及临床应变能力等,并促进实习生养成自我反思与不断改进的良好习惯。 Objective To summarize and summarize the application value of portable clinical pathway teaching manual in clinical nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods A total of 112 clinical nursing internships in hepatobiliary surgery in the hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 56 in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching and observation.The observation group was given a portable clinical path teaching manual to teach,analyze the two groups of interns'knowledge and operation skills,the qualification rate,case analysis ability,nursing assessment ability,medical record writing ability,and resilience ability,and compare the intern's satisfaction with the teaching teacher degree.Results The knowledge and operation skills of the interns taught in the portable clinical path teaching manual,the passing rate and satisfaction score were significantly better than those of the traditional intern,and the case analysis ability,nursing assessment ability,and medical record writing were excellent.The ability and resilience scores were far better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the significance of analysis and inquiry was significant.Conclusion The application of the portable clinical path teaching manual in clinical nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery is effective.It can effectively standardize the nursing teaching process,facilitate teaching teachers to grasp the teaching progress,improve teaching efficiency,and avoid duplication and blindness of teaching content,it can significantly improve the intern's grasp of professional knowledge and skills,improve case analysis ability,pathological writing ability and clinical resilience ability,and promote the intern to develop good habits of self-reflection and continuous improvement.
