摘要
目的:探讨临床路径结合PBL双轨教学在儿科实习中的应用和效果。方法:选取60名实习的同学作为研究样本,选用数字分配法将其平均分为2组,对照组学生实施传统教学,观察组学生实施CP-PBL教学的模式,出科时对两组学员进行理论考试和技能考试。结果:实验组学员理论成绩显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);实验组学员技能操作考试的评分显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)结论:在儿科实习带教中,可采用CP-PBL教学法,应用效果理想,值得临床应用。
Objective Exploring the application and effect of clinical path combined with PBL dual-track teaching in pediatric practice.Methods 60 internship students were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30).The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the CP-PBL teaching mode.The students in the two groups were given theoretical examination and skill examination when leaving the course.Results The theoretical scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of skill operation test of students in the experimental group were also higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion CP-PBL teaching method can be used in pediatrics practice teaching,the application effect is ideal,worthy of clinical application.
