摘要 以某矿6271综采工作面过F102、F113断层为工程背景,提出在回采巷道内对断层影响区进行注浆加固方案,以提高煤岩体强度,同时依据采面、断层现场实际情况制定过断层技术方案以及安全措施。现场应用后,6271综采工作面过断层期间仍可保持4.0 m/d的推进速度,同时综采设备保持稳定,顶板及煤壁未出现冒顶、片帮等问题,采面实现了安全、快速过断层。 Based on the engineering background of 6271 fully mechanized mining face of a mine passing through faults F102 and F113,it is proposed to strengthen the fault affected area in the mining roadway by grouting to improve the strength of coal and rock mass.At the same time,the technical scheme and safety measures for passing through faults are formulated according to the actual situation of the mining face and fault site.After field application,the advancing speed of 4.0 m/d can still be maintained during the fault crossing of 6271fully mechanized mining face,while the fully mechanized mining equipment remains stable,and the roof and coal wall have no roof fall,caving and other problems,and the mining face has achieved safe and rapid fault crossing.
