摘要
以21031工作面过F_(4)断层为工程实例,探讨实现工作面快速高效过断层技术;通过对比分析,确定选用调斜破底过断层方案;该方案能降低设备故障率及增加过断层回采煤量;过断层期间,采用超前预注浆、锚索托顶、撞楔挺顶等安全技术措施,实现对破碎顶板的有效管控;方案实施为沙坪煤矿节约成本1200余万元,多回采煤量0.038 Mt,确保了工作面正常生产;可为其他煤矿工作面过断层提供经验借鉴。
The paper probes into the technology of crossing fault rapidly and effectively with face angle adjusting and bottom breakdown at 21031 working face,which can reduce the equipment failure and increase the mining output;and proposes the safety technical measures of advance pre-grouting,anchor roof support and shoving-and-wedge support,which can realize the effective control of broken roof with cost-saving of 12 million yuan and increased mining output of 0.038 Mt and guarantee the normal production at working face,providing a reference for other mine working face in crossing fault.
