摘要
针对煤矿井下在边角余煤及地质条件复杂区域内工作面不规则布置越来越多的现状,在济宁三号煤矿53_下08工作面通过主运输巷"S"区段时,采用了"边采边缩"开采技术,通过合理的生产控制措施,实现了工作面边生产边缩面,解决了不规则工作面缩面停采影响。实践表明:采用"边采边缩"工艺,简化缩面工序,缩短工期,减少材料投入,取得了较好的经济效益,可为以后的综采工作面缩面开采方式选择提供借鉴经验。
According to the status of more and more abnormal coal mining face layout in the boundary corner seam and the geological condition complicated area,during the 53(lower) 08 fully mechanized coal mining face passing the main transport roadway "S"section,face shortening during mining method was used. With the rational production control approaches,face shortening during production was achieved. The Practice showed that,with the face shortening during mining method,the process of shrinking face was simplified,the construction period was shortened,material investment was reduced,and good economic benefits was achieved. The practice can provide references for the selection face width shortening mining mode for fully mechanized coal mining face.
