摘要
针对综采放顶煤工作面构造区破碎带片帮冒顶等问题,通过采用超前注浆加固破碎带煤岩体顶帮技术,确保工作面割煤、移架、放顶煤等主要工艺的正常安全进行。实践表明,该方法有效地防止了架前片帮和冒顶,减少了煤炭损失,取得了良好的技术经济效果,为类型情况提供经验借鉴。
Based on fully mechanized caving top coal working face tectonic region fracture zone rib and roof fall problems, through the adoption of advanced grouting reinforcement fracture zone coal and rock jecking technology, ensured the safety and normal of coal cut, moving frame, caving and other technology. The practice showed that the technology effectively prevented the rib and roof fall, reduced the coal loss, achieved good technical and economic results and provided experience and reference for similar conditions.
