摘要
针对新华一矿原先综采工作面两巷锚杆支护断面形式为矩形或梯形断面,顶板易产生离层,顶底板移近量较大状况,改后采用拱形断面的锚杆支护(顶部挑成拱形,围岩与锚杆、锚索一起形成组合拱),拱部的应力向两帮转移,同时两帮的应力对顶部有一个夹紧和拱托作用,加上围岩周边的锚杆锚索的加固作用,形成一个较稳定的组合拱,受力结构较为合理。实践证明,煤巷拱形断面锚网索支护形式具有很好的支护效果,可以有效降低劳动强度及支护成本,大大提高安全系数,为工作面快速推进创造良好条件,是一种理想的支护方式。
The previous cross-section of bolting-mesh support on fully mechanized working face in Xinhua No.1 mine is rectangular or quadrilateral, so the roof separation happens and the displacements of roof and floor are obvious. The bolt-mesh support with arch cross-section is used; the stress of arch moves to two sides, at the same time, the stress of the two sides has a tightening and a supporting effect. It forms a stable combined arch with the reinforcement of bolt and mesh. The strength structure is more reasonable. The practice proves the bolt-mesh-anchor support with arch cross-section has ideal effect, which can decrease the labor intensity and supporting cost, increase safety coefficient, and create a better condition for fast driving of working face.
