摘要 王庄煤业3505综采工作面过向斜构造过程中出现顶板破碎的情况,为了控制好顶板,避免工作面冒顶造成停产和发生安全事故,综合分析工作面顶板内外因素,并且对该矿历年来顶板变化特点和矿压变化规律进行分析,针对当前顶板状况采取相应措施进行加强控制,总结该矿综采工作面过顶板破碎带经验,避免冒顶事故,为广大一线矿工提供安全的工作环境,实现矿井安全、高产、高效生产,创造更好的经济效益。 Wangzhuang Coal 3505 fully mechanized working face has broken roof in the process of crossing syncline structure.In order to control the roof well and avoid the stoppage and safety accidents caused by roof fall,the internal and external factors of working face roof are comprehensively analyzed,and the roof change characteristics and mine pressure change rules over the years are analyzed.In view of the current situation of the roof,corresponding measures are taken to strengthen the control,and the experience of passing through the roof fracture zone in the fully mechanized working face of the mine is summarized,so as to avoid roof fall accidents,provide a safe working environment for the majority of first-line miners,realize the safe,high-yield and efficient production of the mine,and create better economic benefits.
