摘要
嵩山煤矿受滑动构造下三软煤层高应力的影响,巷道变形速度快。采煤工作面采用分段式布置,回采巷道掘进工程量大,变形快,巷道维修工程量大,采掘接替失调,严重制约了矿井的可持续发展。通过对支护技术的研究,解决了三软煤层煤巷支护难题,进行了大采长工作面的优化设计实践,实现了一井一面集约高效生产,缓解了矿井接替紧张的局面。
Songshan Coal Mine is affected by the high stress of the three soft coal seams under the sliding structure,the roadway deformation speed is fast.The coal mining face adopts segmented arrangement,the amount of excavation engineering in the mining roadway is large,the deformation is fast,the roadway maintenance project is large,and the mining and excavation are out of balance,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of the mine.Through the research of support technology,the problem of supporting the coal roadway of three soft coal seams was solved,and the optimization design practice of the working face with large mining length was carried out,and the intensive and efficient production of one main shaft and one coal mining face was realized,and the tense situation of mine replacement was alleviated.
