采空区下开切眼围岩应力分布规律及其控制技术 被引量:9

Study on Stress Distribution Law and Control of Cut-out Hole in Goaf

摘要 为解决极近距离煤层下行开采采空区下开切眼围岩控制困难的问题,以刘庄矿120502切眼工作面为工程背景,对过采空区下开切眼应力分布规律与切眼围岩控制进行研究,基于摩尔-库伦准则,采用FLAC3D数值模拟对开切眼过程中应力分布规律进行探究,并提出对上覆采空区进行超前注浆处理与切眼断面加强支护。研究结果表明:上覆采空区煤壁集中应力是影响切眼掘进的主要因素,掘进断面超过采空区内侧40m后影响较小;通过对采空区超前注浆与切眼加强支护后,切眼围岩变形得到有效的控制,锚网索支护段底板最大位移量仅280 mm,两侧位移量均不大,最大仅140mm。 In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock control of cut-out hole under downward mining goaf in extremelyclose distance coal seams,taking 120502 working face of Liuzhuang Coal Mine as the engineering background,the stress distribution law and surrounding rock control of cut-out hole under goaf were studied.Based on the Mohr-Coulomb criterion,FLAC3D numerical simulation was used to study the stress distribution in the cut-out process,and it was proposed that the overburden goaf should be treated with advanced grouting and the cut-out section should be strengthened in advance.The research results show that the concentrated stress of the coal wall in the overburden area is the main factor that affects the excavation.When the driving section exceeds 40 minside the goaf,the influence is small.Through the advanced grouting in goaf and the reinforcement support of cut-out hole,the surrounding rock deformation of cut-out hole is effectively controlled.The maximum displacement of the bottom plate with the bolt-mesh-cable support is only 280 mm,and the displacement on both sides is not large,with the maximum value of only 140 mm.
