摘要
基于非水泥基和水泥基注浆材料的工程应用性能及其差异,针对室内体积稳定性、流动性和力学性能试验进行研究。结果表明,非水泥基的体积稳定性、流动性和力学性能均优于水泥基注浆材料;在相同试验条件下,非水泥基抗分散注浆材料的析水率较低,而流动度和抗压强度相对较高。研究成果可为水利工程注浆施工提供一定借鉴作用。
To deeply study the engineering application properties and differences between non cement-based and cement-based grouting materials,based on the indoor volume stability,fluidity and mechanical properties,it is found that the volume stability,fluidity and mechanical properties of non cement-based grouting materials are better than those of cement-based grouting materials.Under the same test conditions,the water evolution rate of non cement-based anti dispersion grouting materials is low,the fluidity and compressive strength are relatively high.The research results provide some guidance for the grouting work of water conservancy projects in China.
