摘要
文章以辽宁省某水利工程为例,将传统的排水板以竖向高真空可注浆排水滤管替代,对初次地基处理后的吹填土利用注浆与真空预压相结合的方法进行二次处理。然后对试验区的孔隙水压力、地表沉降等变化状况进行现场监测,并结合静力触探、平板载荷及室内土工试验验证了加护后的效果。研究表明:真空预压联合注浆法减少了二次成孔的成本与时间,降低了真空传递的损耗,在提升地基承载力和缩短工期等方面的成效显著,研究成果可为该工法的推广与应用提供技术依据。
Taking a water conservancy project in Liaoing Province as an example,in this study,the traditional drainage plate is replaced by a vertical high vacuum grouting drainage filter pipe,and the blowout soil after the initial foundation treatment is treated secondarily with the method of combining grouting with vacuum preloading.Then,the changes of pore water pressure and surface settlement in the test area were monitored on site,and the effect after the reinforcement was verified by combining with static sounding,plate load and indoor geotechnical tests.The results show that the combined grouting method of vacuum preloading can reduce the cost and time of secondary hole formation,reduce the loss of vacuum transfer,and achieve remarkable results in improving the bearing capacity of foundation and shortening the construction period,and may provide technical accordance for application and popularization of this construction method.
