西翼集中回风巷注浆加固方案设计及应用

摘要 针对曙光煤矿西翼集中回风巷矿压显现剧烈、变形破坏严重的难题,基于巷道具体的地质生产条件,从巷道围岩特征、采空区侧向支承压力等方面分析巷道变形破坏原因,进而对西翼集中回风巷注浆加固补充方案进行设计,总体思路是首先进行巷道围岩注浆,然后实施全长预应力注浆锚索加固,最后进行巷道表面喷浆。加固后的矿压观测结果表明,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制,实现了巷道加固的目的,技术经济效益显著。 In view of the problems of severe ground pressure and serious deformation and damage of the concentrated return air roadway in the West of Shuguang coal mine, based on the specific geological production conditions of the roadway, the causes of roadway deformation and damage are analyzed from the aspects of roadway surrounding rock characteristics and goaf lateral bearing pressure, and then the supplementary scheme of grouting reinforcement of the concentrated return air roadway in the west is designed. The general idea is to first carry out roadway surrounding rock grouting, and then implement full-length prestressed grouting anchor cable reinforcement. Finally, spray slurry on the roadway surface. The observation results of ground pressure after reinforcement show that the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is effectively controlled, the purpose of roadway reinforcement is realized, and the technical and economic benefits are remarkable.
