综合模拟人系统在呼吸重症临床实践教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨呼吸重症临床实践教学中综合模拟人系统的应用。方法回顾性选取2019年10月—2020年10月厦门医学院附属第二医院呼吸重症科实习生87名,依据危重症临床实践教学方法分为综合模拟人系统组、常规性临床带教组两组,分别为47名、40名,统计分析两组实习生的考核成绩、教学效果、教学满意度。结果综合模拟人系统组实习生的操作技能考核中呼吸机使用、气管插管配合、心肺复苏成绩均明显高于常规性临床带教组(P<0.05),但两组实习生的基本理论知识考核成绩之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。综合模拟人系统组实习生遇到紧急情况时应急反应能力、心肺复苏抢救技能、临床思维能力、团队配合能力提升率95.7%(45/47)、93.6%(44/47)、66.0%(31/47)、97.9%(46/47)均明显高于常规性临床带教组77.5%(31/40)、75.0%(30/40)、57.5%(23/40)、82.5%(33/40)(P<0.05)。综合模拟人系统组实习生的教学满意度95.7%(45/47)明显高于常规性临床带教组87.5%(35/40)(P<0.05)。结论呼吸危重症临床实践教学中综合模拟人系统的应用效果较常规性临床带教更好。 Objective To explore the application of comprehensive human simulation system in clinical practice teaching of respiratory intensive care.Methods 87 cases of respiratory intensive care interns from October 2019 to October 2020 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College were retrospectively selected.According to the clinical practice teaching method of critically ill patients,they were divided into two groups:comprehensive simulator system group and routine clinical teaching group,47 cases and 40 cases respectively.The assessment results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were statistically analyzed.Results The performance of ventilator use,tracheal intubation cooperation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the operation skill assessment of the interns in the integrated human simulation system group was significantly higher than that in the routine clinical teaching group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the performance of basic theoretical knowledge assessment between the two groups(P>0.05).Integrated simulation system for groups of interns in case of emergency response ability,cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)skills,clinical thinking ability,team cooperation ability,the improvement rate of 95.7%(45/47),93.6%(44/47)and 66.0%(31/47),97.9%(46/47)were significantly higher than that of conventional clinical teaching group[77.5%(31/40),75.0%(30/40),57.5%(23/40),82.5%(33/40)(P<0.05)].The teaching satisfaction of trainees in the integrated human simulation system group(95.7%,45/47)was significantly higher than that in the routine clinical teaching group(87.5%,35/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of synthetic human simulation system in clinical practice teaching of respiratory critical illness is better than that of routine clinical teaching.
