摘要
利用高仿真的Sim Man综合模拟人系统创设临床场景,在护理本科生毕业实习前开展2个主题55轮次的模拟教学,介绍了模拟教学实践的全过程,并进行教学反思,指出临床思维和能力的培养是模拟教学的核心理念,教学活动脚本设计是顺利、有效开展模拟教学活动的保障,引导性反馈是模拟教学活动的核心环节,并提出对策和建议。
We establish a clinical scenario with high-fidelity SimMan integrated simulation system, and carry out the simulation teaching in training for undergraduate nursing students before clinical practice. The article introduces the whole process of simulation teaching and teaching reflection, points out that the cultivation of clinical thinking and ability is the core idea of simulation teaching, and the teaching activity script design is a guarantee for conducting simulation teaching activities smoothly and effectively, and the debriefing is the core part of simulation teaching activities, and gives some suggestions.
