摘要
目的探讨SimMan综合模拟人系统在麻醉住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将2016年在麻醉科进行住院医师规范化培训的22名住院医师随机分为两组:采用SimMan综合模拟人系统教学组(S组,n=11)和采用传统示教法教学组(C组,n=11)。调查问卷及培训教师评价的方法综合观察教学效果。结果两组测试1成绩比较无统计学意义;S组理论和临床技能测试2成绩均高于C组,调查问卷结果显示,S组在培养临床思维、提高临床操作技能及教学满意度方面优于C组,培训教师对S组住培医师的综合评价优于C组。两组测试1成绩比较,差异无统计学意义。结论在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中采用SimMan综合模拟人系统,有助于提高理论及临床技能测试成绩。
Objective To explore the effect of SimMan integrated simulator in the standardized training of anesthetized residents. Methods 22 resident physicians who were trained in the department of anesthesiology in 2016 were randomly divided into two groups The SimMan integrated simulation group (group S, n=11) and the traditional teaching group (group C, n=11) were used. The questionnaire and the method of training teachers' evaluation were used to observe the teaching effect. Results There was no statistical signifcance in the two groups of test 1. Group S theory and clinical skills test 2 were higher than group C. The results of the questionnaire show that group S was superior to group C in training clinical thinking, improving clinical operation skills and teaching satisfaction. The training teachers were better than the group C in the comprehensive evaluation of the S group. There was no statistical difference between the two groups of test 1. Conclusion The use of SimMan synthetic simulant system in the standardized training of anesthesiologists in the department of anesthesiology helps to improve the results of theoretical and clinical skills testing.
