摘要
目的:探讨病例分析教学法(CBS)在麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法:将我院麻醉专业学生64例以班为单位分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规教学模式,观察组给予CBS教学模式,评估两组教学效果。结果:观察组的操作技能成绩及平均总成绩明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力、培养临床思维能力、提高沟通能力及学习效率方面的满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:CBS教学法在麻醉教学的应用效果明确,值得应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of case based study(CBS) in anesthesiology teaching.Methods:64 students of anesthesiological specialty were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different classes.The control group received the normal teaching model and the observation group received the teaching model of CBS.Results:The score of manipulative skill and average total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with statistical difference between them(P0.05).The degree of satisfaction in stimulating the learning interest,self-study ability,analysis ability,problem solving ability,ability of clinical thinking,communication ability and learning efficiency were higher than those in the control group,showing statistical difference between them(P0.05).Conclusion:The effect of CBS in anesthesiology teaching is obvious,so which is worth being used.
