摘要 目的探讨以问题为导向的教学方法在麻醉复苏室规范化培训学生临床教学和实践中的效果。方法 40名学生随机分为观察组与对照组各20名,对照组给予传统培训方法,观察组在对照组培训的基础上给予以问题为导向的教学培训方法。结果观察组的客观题与主观题成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。规培生对PBL的学习方法表现出了较大的积极性及较好的适应性(P<0.05)。结论以问题为导向的教学方法在麻醉复苏室规范化培训学生临床教学和实践中的应用能提高学生的培训效果,促进高素质麻醉医师的培养。 Objective To investigate the effect of problem-oriented teaching methods in anesthesia recovery room standardized training of students in clinical teaching and practice. Methods 40 standardized training of residents majoring clinical anesthesia were divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases each, control group received traditional training methods, observation group was given problem-oriented training methods on the basis of control group. Results The scores of objective and subjective questions in observation group were higher than thats of control group(P〈0.05). Standardized training of residents showed a greater enthusiasm and good adaptability for problem-oriented teaching methods(P〈0.05). Conclusion The problem-oriented teaching methods in anesthesia recovery room standardized training of students in clinical teaching and practice can improve students' training effect and promote the cultivation of high-quality anesthesiologists.
