摘要
目的:探讨PBL联合案例分析教学方法在麻醉实习教学中的应用。方法:对我校临床医学专业本科2010级和2011级学生进入麻醉科实习过程中施行不同教学方法。其中,对2010级学生施行传统教学方法,2011级学生施行PBL联合案例分析教学方法;对两个年级学生的教学效果进行比较及统计分析。结果:进行PBL联合案例分析教学方法的2011级学生具有更好的理论测试成绩,以及更高的学习兴趣、理解记忆和临床思维分析能力。结论:在麻醉科临床实习带教中,PBL联合案例分析教学法可促进学生更好掌握麻醉知识、增强学习兴趣和提高临床思维分析能力等。联合教学方法的关键是预先案例设定、关键问题提出、实践引导以及充分实习前预习和问题归纳总结。
Objective: To evaluate the application of PBL combined with cases teaching method for anesthesiology clinical probation teaching. Methods: The students of grade 2010 and grade 2011 on clinical medicine specialty in our university were applied with two different teaching methods. The grade 2010 were applied traditional teaching method and the grade 2011 were applied PBL combined with cases. The teaching effect was assessed after testing and measuring. Results: The students of grade 2011 had better test scores in anesthesiolgy and learning effect such as learning interest and more comprehensive profit about analysis of clinical thinking than grade 2010. Conclusion: In anesthesiology clinical probation teaching, the method of PBL combined with cases can promote knowledge acquirement,improve the clinical ability on thinking and analysis. The key of the teaching method lies in choosing cases, designing problems, proper cases guidance, full preparation before training and well summarizing after training.
