摘要
化学驱是非常规油气开发和老油田三次采油提高采收率的核心技术之一,在中国石油“稳油增气”和“减油增化”中占有重要地位,但其油田化学品产业具有发展快但大多数规模小、分散、技术力量弱的特点,相关研发和生产能力不能满足需求。中国石油充分发挥集团公司上下游一体化优势,建立“新型耐盐压裂降阻剂创新联合体”,分别整合了上游、下游领域内降阻剂研发、中试、生产、现场评价和商业应用的各种资源,重建和优化了中试和生产的核心工艺流程,培养了一批油田化学品研究和生产的专业人才,实现了新型降阻剂技术的研-产-用一体化攻关和发展。油田化学品研-产-用一体化创新联合体自主掌握油田化学品核心研发技术和生产工艺,是油田化学品产业发展的新机制。持续优化完善创新链、产业链和价值链并促进三者融合发展,有助于高效整合中国石油系统内资源,提高市场竞争力,推动油田化学品产业的高质量发展。
Oilfield chemicals displacement is one of the key technologies in unconventional reservoir development and EOR of old oilfields.It plays an important role in the process of “stabilizing oil and increasing gas” and “gasoline deduction and chemicals increase”.Its oilfield chemicals industry is developing fast but most of the characteristics are small scale,scattered,weak technical force,and the related research & development and production capacity cannot meet the demand.CNPC gave full play to the integrated upstream and downstream advantages,established an “innovation consortium of salt-tolerant fracturing drag-reducing agents”,integrated research and development of drag reduction agent,pilot plant test,production,on-site evaluation,and commercial application of all kinds of resources within upstream and downstream respectively,rebuilt and optimized the core process flow of pilot plant test and production,cultivated a number of professionals in oilfield chemical research and production,and realized the integration of research,production,and application of new drag reduction agent technology.It is a new mechanism for the development of oilfield chemicals industry to master the core R&D technology and production process of oilfield chemicals independently.Continuous optimizing and improving of the innovation chain,industrial chain and value chain,and promoting integrated development among these three will help to efficiently integrate the resources in CNPC system,improve market competitiveness,and promote the high-quality development of oilfield chemicals industry.
