摘要
传统工程管理组织结构已难以满足现代管理的要求,因此,提出基于一体化项目管理(IPM)的模式,有助于对整个大型工程项目关键职能进行有效控制,包括进度管理、费用管理、质量管理和安全管理等。通过联合异氰酸酯项目案例的实证分析,认为IPMT适用于大型工程项目管理模式。
Traditional project management organizational structures have been couldn't meet the requirements of modern management, therefore, the mode based on integrated project management is put forward. It is conducive to effective control for key functions of the overall large-scale project, including schedule management, cost man- agement, quality management and safety management. Based on the empirical analysis of integrated isocyanates pro- ject, it is considered that IPMT is suitable for the mode of large-scale project management.
