基于一体化项目管理团队模式的大型复杂项目合同管理研究

摘要 本文旨在探讨在大型复杂工程项目中应用一体化项目管理团队(Integrated Project Management Team,IPMT)模式的合同管理。通过问卷调研和专家访谈的方式,对深圳湾超级总部基地开发建设项目进行实地考察,分析IPMT模式下合同管理的重点问题。研究结果表明,大型复杂工程项目的目标排序依次为:安全、质量、成本、进度、环保、利益相关方需求、运维和信息化管理。为了确保项目的成功实施,应在合同中明确IPMT成员的责权利,并制定适当的合同管理体系和流程。 This paper aims to explore contract management in the application of the Integrated Project Management Team(IPMT)model in large and complex engineering projects.Through questionnaires and expert interviews,an on-site investigation was conducted on the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base development project to analyze key issues in contract management under the IPMT model.The study results indicate that the priorities of large and complex engineering projects are:safety,quality,cost,schedule,environmental protection,stakeholder needs,operations and maintenance,and information management.To ensure the successful implementation of projects,it is necessary to clearly define the rights and responsibilities of IPMT members in the contract and to establish an appropriate contract management system and processes.
