摘要
进行网球运动员的核心力量研究能够有效的进行运动员训练的合理性,网球运动需要进行快速的移动,所以其对核心肌群具备很高的要求,进行网球训练需要进行核心肌群的训练,通过对其进行研究促进网球运动核心力量训练方法的实施。方法:进行研究的过程中主要使用归纳分析法来对其进行分析。结果及结论:核心力量训练能够支持网球运动员技术动作的实施,对网球专项素质与核心力量能够进行补充,有效提升运动员的工作效率,并且进行核心力量的训练在一定程度上可以预防运动损伤,所以在进行核心力量训练内容选择方面选择合适的方式来进行核心力量训练效率的提升。
To evaluate the core strength of tennis athletes study effectively athletes training and the rationality of the tennis movement is a movement requires fast moving to exercise,for its core muscle group have higher requirements,so the process of tennis sports training need to undertake the training of the core muscles,don’t ask,don’t promote tennis by study of the implementation of the core strength training methods.Methods:Inductive analysis was mainly used in the research.Results and Conclusion:The core technology of tennis player movement have a certain support,in late autumn special power quality,core strength on the can play a supplementary role,improve the work efficiency of the tennis player for core strength training can effectively prevent sports injury of tennis sport,need in terms of core strength training,training content choice to choose the appropriate way to promote the efficiency of core strength training.
