摘要 网球运动是一项快速移动的高负荷运动项目,它对核心肌群力量要求比较高.对核心力量的涵义和意义进行阐述,将传统力量与核心力量进行对比,以沈阳音乐学院网球专选学生为研究对象,通过一学期的对比实验,得出核心力量训练在增强学生身体素质、提高网球运动成绩和竞技能力方面效果显著.核心力量训练在高校网球训练的实践研究,有助于深入了解核心力量训练,对网球力量训练具有很强的操作性,实现传统力量训练与核心力量训练的完美融合,提高运动员力量素质和竞技水平. Tennis is a fast-moving high load sport,which requires high strength of core muscles.In this paper,firstly,it expounds the meaning and significance of core power,and compares traditional power with core power.Taking the tennis students of Shenyang conservatory of music as the research object,through a semester of comparative experiment,it is concluded that core strength training has a significant effect on enhancing students'physical quality,improving tennis performance and competitive ability.The research on practice of the core strength training in college tennis training will help to deeply understand the core strength training,and it has strong operability for tennis strength training.It will realize the perfect integration of traditional strength training and core strength training,and improve the strength quality and competitive level of athletes.
