核心力量训练在网球专项学生训练中的实证研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:根据网球运动的特点,采用核心力量训练的方法对网球专项学生进行训练。促进身体保持在最佳运动状态,预防运动损伤。方法:以核心力量训练在网球训练中的应用作为研究对象,采用实验法、测试法、数理统计法等,将学生分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用核心力量训练,对照组采用传统力量训练。结果:经过为期16周的核心力量训练,实验组学生的发球和正手击球速率、专项身体素质和平衡能力均得到有效提高。结论:核心力量训练能够提高网球专项学生发球和正手击球速率,提高后抛实心球、立定跳远、高翻、5次低重心移动的网球专项身体素质,提高八级俯桥和闭眼单足立的成绩。 Objects: according to the characteristics of tennis, this study uses core strength training methods fortennis special students training. Methods: the application of core strength training in tennis training is taken as theobject of study. The students are divided into experimental group and control group by experimental method. Theexperimental group adopts core strength training and the control group adopts traditional strength training. Results:the results show that, after a period of 16 weeks of core strength training, the experimental group of students serveand forehand hit rate, special physical fitness and balance ability have been effectively improved. Conclusion: corestength training can improve the rate of students majoring in tennis forehand, improve after throwing solid ball,standing long jump, the 5 low gravity move tennis special physical quality, improve the grade eight bent bringbridge and closed eye single fort.
