摘要
探讨核心力量训练对网球运动员发球速度和成功率的影响,旨在为网球运动员的科学训练提供参考。方法:以辽宁省队的24名网球运动员为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组运动员每周进行3次核心力量训练,每次40min,对照组不进行实验组的核心力量训练,其他训练内容和实验组完全相同,实验共进行12周。实验前后对所有运动员进行核心力量、发球速度和成功率的测试。结果:(1)实验组运动员较对照组运动员的侧桥、侧抛实心球和1min仰卧起坐能力具有显著性提高(P<0.05);(2)实验组运动员发球速度较对照组显著提高(P<0.05);(3)实验组运动员发球成功率较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:12周的核心力量训练能够有效提高网球运动员发球的速度和发球成功率。
To explore the influence of core strength training on the speed and success rate of tennis players’ serve,and to provide theoretical reference for scientific training of tennis players. Methods: 24 tennis players from Liaoning Province were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given core strength training 3 times a week, 40min each time, while the control group was not given core strength training of experimental group, and other training content was exactly the same as that of experimental group. The experiment was conducted for 12 weeks. Before and after the experiment, all the players were tested on their core strength, serving speed and success rate. Results :(1) compared with the control group, the ability of side bridge, side solid ball throwing and 1min sit-up in the experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.05);(2) The serving speed of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);(3) The success rate of serving in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: 12weeks of core strength training can effectively improve the speed and success rate of tennis players’ serving.
