摘要
土壤盐渍化是影响小麦生长发育的主要非生物胁迫因子。筛选培育耐盐小麦种质,建立一个高效、精准的耐盐性综合评价方法是非常重要的。本文通过总结了近年来小麦耐盐性评价方法,包括了相关分析、主成分分析、隶属函数法、主成分赋分权重法、回归分析及通径分析法等耐盐性综合评价的方法,旨在为建立一个更加高效准确的小麦耐盐性综合评价方法提供参考。
Soil salinization is one of the main abiotic stresses affecting plant growth and development.Screening and breeding salt-tolerant germplasm is an important way to deal with soil salinization.As the most widely cultivated food crop in the world,wheat’s salt tolerance directly affects its growth and development.It is very important to establish an efficient and accurate salt tolerance comprehensive evaluation method for screening and breeding salt-tolerant germplasm.This paper summarizes the selection of wheat salt tolerance indicators in recent years,and introduces comprehensive evaluation methods such as correlation analysis,principal component analysis,membership function method,principal component weighting method,regression analysis and path analysis method.Provide a reference for establishing a more efficient and accurate comprehensive evaluation method of wheat salt tolerance.
