碱性盐胁迫对芨芨草苗期生长特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以芨芨草(Achnatherum splendens)为试验材料,分别用浓度为0(CK)、25mmol/L、50mmol/L、75mmol/L、100mmol/L、125mmol/L和150mmol/L的NaHCO,和Na2CO3对其苗期进行胁迫,测定其根长、株高、相对生长率(RGR)和根冠比(R/T),以确定其耐碱胁迫的生长特性。结果表明:在碱性盐胁迫下,芨芨草的根冠比显著高于对照(P〈0.05);与NaHCO3相比,在Na2CO3的胁迫下,芨芨草的株高、根长、相对生长率、存活率受到的影响较大。低浓度的NaHCO3对芨芨草的生长有一定的促进作用,Na2CO3却严重抑制了芨芨草的生长。在相同浓度下,Na2CO3对芨芨草的伤害程度大于NaHCO3且对根系的影响更大。 To determine the growth characteristics under alkaline salinity stress, the root length, plant height, relative growth rate and root shoot ratio of Achnatherum splendens under varying levels of alkaline salinity (0, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125 and 150 mmol/L NaHCO3 and Na2CO3) were measured. The results showed that: The root-top ratio (R/T) of A chnatherum splendens was significantly higher than the control (P〈0.05) to the alkaline salinity stress. Compared with NaHCO3, the root length, the plant height, relative growth rate (RGR) and survival were less effected under the Na2CO3 stress in Achnatherum splendens. The growth was stimulated in Achnatherum splendens exposed to the lower concentration of NaHCO3, while the growth was severely inhibited exposed to Na2CO3. Overall, at the same concentration, the tolerance of Achnatherum splendens seeding to NaHCO3 stress was higher than to Na2CO3 stress, and has a greater impact on the root system.
