超光子强脉冲光400~600 nm联合800~1200 nm治疗痤疮的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究超光子强脉冲光400~600 nm联合800~1200 nm治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法96例痤疮患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各48例。治疗组患者采用超光子强脉冲光400~600 nm联合800~1200 nm进行治疗,对照组患者采用M22强脉冲光治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗后红斑指数、黑色素指数。结果治疗组患者总有效率97.9%高于对照组的83.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者红斑指数为(302.50±72.25),黑色素指数为(73.19±21.15);对照组患者红斑指数为(385.15±55.65),黑色素指数为(95.10±22.41);治疗组患者红斑指数和黑色素指数均小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超光子强脉冲光400~600 nm联合800~1200 nm治疗痤疮的临床疗效显著,在红斑指数、黑色素指数改善方面均优于M22强脉冲光,临床可积极应用。 Objective To study the clinical effect of 400-600 nm combined with 800-1200 nm ultra photon intense pulsed light in the treatment of acne.Methods A total of 96 patients with acne were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with 400-600 nm and 800-1200 nm ultra photon intense pulsed light,and patients in the control group were treated with M22 intense pulsed light.The clinical efficacy,erythema index and melanin index after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.9%in the treatment group was higher than 83.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The erythema index in the treatment group was(302.50±72.25),and the melanin index was(73.19±21.15);the erythema index in the control group was(385.15±55.65),and the melanin index was(95.10±22.41);the erythema index and melanin index of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of 400-600 nm and 800-1200 nm ultra photon intense pulsed light has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of acne.It is better than M22 intense pulsed light in terms of erythema index and melanin index improvement,and can be actively used in clinical practice.
