摘要
目的 探讨强脉冲光联合多磺酸粘多糖软膏治疗痤疮后红斑的疗效。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年12月收治的84例痤疮后红斑患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分3组,即激光组(28例)、药物组(28例)、联合组(28例),分别采用强脉冲光治疗、多磺酸粘多糖软膏治疗、强脉冲光联合多磺酸粘多糖软膏治疗。比较3组患者治疗疗效、VISIA皮肤分析状况、皮肤生理指标、炎性因子指标等。结果 联合组治疗疗效92.86%高于激光组75.00%、药物组57.14%,激光组治疗疗效75.00%高于药物组57.14%(P <0.05);3组VISIA皮肤分析状况,治疗前P> 0.05,治疗后,联合组低于药物组、激光组,激光组低于药物组(P <0.05);比较3组炎性因子指标,治疗前P> 0.05;治疗后,联合组炎性因子指标低于药物组、激光组,激光组低于药物组(P <0.05)。结论 临床治疗痤疮后红斑可采用强脉冲光联合多磺酸粘多糖软膏,此方式能更好的改善皮肤生理指标,控制炎性反应,疗效理想。
Objective To explore the efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with polysulfonic mucopolysaccharide ointment in the treatment of post acne erythema.Methods Eighty-four patients with post acne erythema treated from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into three groups,laser group(28 cases),drug group(28 cases)and combination group(28 cases).They were treated with intense pulsed light,polysulfonic mucopolysaccharide ointment,intense pulsed light combined with polysulfonic mucopolysaccharide ointment respectively.The treatment efficacy,VISIA skin analysis status,skin physiological indexes,inflammatory factor indexes,etc.of the three groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of combined group(92.86%)was higher than that of laser group(75.00%)and drug group(57.14%).The therapeutic effect of laser group(75.00%)was higher than that of drug group(57.14%)(P<0.05);Before treatment,the VISIA skin analysis of the three groups was compared,P>0.05.After treatment,the combined group VISIA skin analysis was lower than the drug group and the laser group,and the laser group was lower than the drug group(P<0.05);The inflammatory factors were compared before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the index of inflammatory factors in the combined group was lower than that in the drug group and the laser group,and that in the laser group was lower than that in the drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of intense pulsed light and polysulfonic mucopolysaccharide ointment can be used in the treatment of post acne erythema.This method can better improve the skin physiological index and control the inflammatory reaction,and the curative effect is ideal.
