摘要
系统评价超分子水杨酸治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMBase以及CNKI、VIP、CBM和WanFang等数据库中关于超分子水杨酸治疗寻常性痤疮的随机对照试验研究,以临床有效率及不良反应发生率为结局指标,使用RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。结果共纳入18篇RCT(1419例患者)。分析结果显示超分子水杨酸治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效优于0.1%阿达帕林,合并效应量为[OR=11. 57,95%CI=(5. 29,25. 34),P <0. 00001],超分子水杨酸与光疗、中医药及其他化学剥脱剂相比总有效率无统计学差异。超分子水杨酸不良反应发生率与对照组相比无统计学意义,合并效应量为[OR=1.46,95%CI=(0.59,3.63),P=0.42]。结论超分子水杨酸治疗寻常性痤疮安全有效,应在临床上大力推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of supramolecular salicylic acid for acne.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)regarding supramolecular salicylic acid for acne were searched in PubMed,EMBase,CNKI,VIP,CBM,WanFang database,effective rate and adverse effects rate were used as outcome indicators.Meta analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3 software.Results 17 RCTs were included,involving 1388 patients.After quantificationally analyzed,we found that total efficiency of the supramolecular salicylic acid group was significantly higher than that of the 0.1%adaparin group,and the synthetic effect of meta-analysis was[OR=11.57,95%CI=(5.29,25.34),P<0.00001];however,there was no statistically significant difference in total efficiency between supramolecular salicylic acid groups and phototherapy groups,supramolecular salicylic acid groups and Traditional Chinese medicine groups,supramolecular salicylic acid groups and Chemical peeling groups;the Adverse E ffects Rate of synthetic effect of meta-analysis was[OR=1.46,95%CI=(0.59,3.63),P=0.42].Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid is safe and effective in the treatment of acne.
