摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘探讨中药外用治疗黄褐斑的用药规律。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science数据库,搜索从建库至今的关于中医药外治黄褐斑的用药规律,以“黄褐斑”“中药”“外治”等为检索词进行高级检索。将检索文献中相关信息用Excel软件进行整理分析,并运用SPSS 23和SPSS Modeler 18软件对药物进行频数分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析。结果:共有方剂123首,药物124味,其中高频中药28味,以解表药和活血化瘀药为主;药物归经以肺经、胃经、肝经为主;药物四气以温、寒为主;五味以甘味为主,其次是辛味、苦味。药物间关联规则最强的是白及→茯苓。结论:中药外治黄褐斑时首先考虑温性、寒性、甘味药物,治疗以解表和活血化瘀为原则。
Objective:Based on the literature mining and analysis to explore the application rules of Chinese medicine for external treatment of chloasma.Methods:The application rules of Chinese medicine for external treatment of chloasma from the establishment to now were searched by using Chinese knowledge network,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed and Web of Science as the database.The search was carried out with the terms"chloasma","traditional Chinese medicine","external treatment"as the search words.Relevant information in the retrieved literature was sorted and analyzed with Excel software,and SPSS 23.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used to perform frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis for external medicines.Results:There were 123 prescriptions with 124 flavors,including 28 high-frequency flavors.They were mainly antiemetic drugs and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.The main medicinal channels were lung meridian,stomach meridian and liver meridian.Mainly,the five flavors are mainly sweet,followed by spicy and bitter.The strongest association rule between drugs is Baiji(Bletilla striata)→Poria(Poria cocos).Conclusion:When treating Chinese melasma with traditional Chinese medicine,warm,cold,and sweet drugs should be considered first.Treatment should be based on the principle of relieving appearance and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
