摘要
研究生思想政治教育是研究生教育的重要组成部分。新时代背景下,思政教育对于医学研究生的培养则更加重要。本研究以青海大学医学研究生为调研对象,从思想状况、思政教育现状及需求、成长现状等方面开展研究,对新时代医学研究生思政教育存在问题进行了思考与探讨,并对提升路径进行了探索和实践,为推进医学研究生思政教育改革与提升提供了参考。
Graduate ideological and political education is an important part of graduate education.Under the background of the new era,ideological and political education is more important for the cultivation of medical postgraduates.Taking the medical postgraduates of Qinghai University for example,this study carried out researches from the aspects of ideological status,current situation and demand of ideological and political education,growth status and so on.Existing problems and promotion paths of medical postgraduates'ideological and political education in the new era were discussed,and exploration and practice of the implementation mode were carried out in this paper,for the purpose of providing references for the reform and promotion of medical postgraduates'ideological and political education.
