摘要
导师是研究生培养的主要责任人,导师队伍质量是研究生培养质量的主要决定因素。本文在提炼导师素质能力特征基础上,通过优化导师队伍结构、完善导师传帮带机制、畅通导师学术假、加强团队领头人建设、提升导师创新实践能力、建立导师管理信息系统及360度考评机制等具体措施,积极创新导师队伍的准入、培养及监督评价机制,全面提升导师队伍素质和能力。
As the main responsible person of professional degree's postgraduate training, it's very necessary to study how to improve the general quality of postgraduate advisor. On the basis of its quality characteristics, aimed to promoting the quality and ability of professional degree graduate advisor, many suggestions are proposed to innovate the mechanism of admittance, training, supervision and evaluation, such as optimizing the graduate advisor team structure, completing the mentoring system, setting special sabbatical leave for graduate advisor, improving the ability of innovation and practice, building the management information system and comprehensive evaluation in full view, etc.
