摘要
随着我国医疗改革的推进,提出了医学专业学位研究生与住院医师规范化培训进行衔接并统一内容的培养方式。本文分析了临床科研对口腔医学专业学位研究生培养的重要性,以及新的培养模式可能存在的问题。并以西安交通大学附属口腔医院口腔内科学系为例提出相应的解决方案,从课程设置、导师队伍建设、研究生科研选题、科研质量保障体系等方面加以阐述,以期在这一培养模式的转变下,提高口腔医学专业学位研究生科研能力,使他们成长为合格的高级应用型口腔临床医生。
With the advance of health care reform, the model of combined postgraduate education for stomatology with resident standardization training has been proposed. In the present study, the significance of clinical scientific research for postgraduate students of stomatology was discussed, as well as the possible problems accompanied. Then, Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Xi＇an Jiaotong University was taken as an example, providing a basis to improve the ability for scientific research in postgraduate students of stomatology.
