摘要
精英教育具有精心选拔、招生规模小、精心培养、人才质量高等特点。医学教育培养的医学人才面对生命与健康,责任重大,应当是精英教育,但目前我们还有差距。为此,要通过控制招生规模,增加投入,改善办学条件,严格执行质量标准,加强教学过程管理,不断提高医学人才培养质量,使医学教育真正成为精英教育。
Elite education bears the characteristics of meticulous selection of students, small scale of its enrollment, strict professional training, talents with high quality, etc. Medical education, which turns out medical talents who have much to do with human life and health, and take a life-and-death responsibility, should belong to elite education, in which there exists a gap for us to fill. Medical talents＇ training quality, therefore, should be constantly improved by controlling its enrollment scale, increasing input, improving school running conditions, strictly carrying out its quality standard and strengthening the teaching process administration, so that medical education will really become elite education
