摘要
劳动素养是学生适应未来生活与职业发展所必备的劳动观念、劳动情感、劳动精神、劳动参与和劳动能力的统称。小学是学生劳动素养形成的基础阶段。当前小学生劳动素养测评模型缺乏。研究借鉴已有系列基础教育测评模型构建的范式,调查了全国10余省(市、区)15824名学生、1285名教师及管理者,综合运用文献法、调查法、德尔菲法、统计分析等方法,构建了小学生劳动素养测评模型:Y=0.17G+0.18Q+0.20J+0.21C+0.24N。其中,Y表示小学生劳动素养,G、Q、J、C、N分别表示劳动观念、劳动情感、劳动精神、劳动参与和劳动能力。测评模型在实践中小试的结果初步验证了该模型的操作性、可靠性和有效性。
Labor literacy is the general term for the labor concept,labor emotion,labor spirit,labor participation and labor ability.Primary school is the basic stage for the formation of students’labor literacy.However,evaluation models for labor literacy of students in primary schools remain lacking at present.Drawing on the paradigm of a series of evaluation models for basic education,we investigate 15824 students,1285 teachers and school administrators in more than 10 provinces(cities,regions).By comprehensively using research methods such as literature review,investigative method,Delphi method and statistical analysis,we have constructed the evaluation model for students in primary schools:Y=0.17G+0.18Q+0.20J+0.21C+0.24N.In this equation,Y represents labor literacy of students in primary schools,and G,Q,J,C,and N represent labor concept,labor emotion,labor spirit,labor participation,and labor ability,respectively.The operability,reliability and effectiveness of the model has been verified preliminarily through practical application.
