摘要
人口老龄化背景下,老年人劳动参与是应对我国社会劳动力供给不足严峻形势的重要策略,也是我国老龄事业发展规划的重要内容。基于CiteSpace可视化软件,对中国知网(CNKI)数据库中以老年人劳动参与为主题的文献进行计量分析,绘制出我国老年人劳动参与研究的知识图谱。分析结果显示:老年人劳动参与研究近些年呈现上升趋势,主要集中在经济学、人口学、管理学学科领域,并且已经形成了较为稳定的研究阵地。该领域研究经历了1984年至2008年、2008年至今两个阶段,基本主题包括老年人劳动参与概念界定、影响因素、主要子领域、实现路径等方面。总体上分析,中国老年人劳动参与研究还很不充分,研究对象聚焦于城镇和农村老年人,主要采用量化方法,在研究视角上还较为单一,未来应当着眼于更多异质性老年人群体的研究,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法和多学科视角,深化老年人劳动参与基础理论研究,形成较为完整的理论体系,为我国老年人劳动参与政策制定与实践形成更多理论供给。
The elderly labor participation,an important part of the development plan of aging undertakings in China,is an important strategy to deal with the severe situation of insufficient social labor supply in the aging population.Based on the CiteSpace visualization software,this paper analyses the literature in the China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)database and draws the knowledge map.The results show that the labor participation of the elderly has shown an upward trend in recent years,mainly in the fields of economics,demographics,and management,which has formed a relatively stable research position.The course of research in this field has gone through two stages:from 1984 to 2008 and from 2008 to the present.The basic themes include the conceptual definition of elderly labor participation,influencing factors,main sub-fields,implementation path,etc.Overall,the analysis of Chinese elderly labor participation research is inadequate because the research only focuses on urban and rural elderly people,mainly using quantitative methods,and its research perspective is not comprehensive enough.In the future,the study should be heterogeneous,considering various elderly people,using qualitative and quantitative research methods and applying a multidisciplinary perspective to deepen the elderly labor’s participation in basic theoretical research,forming a relatively complete theoretical system for the elderly labor to participate in policy formulation and practice to form more theoretical supply.
