摘要
校—政—社跨界合作提高学生实践能力,是近年来社工专硕实践教学改革顺应高层次应用型专门人才培养目标的一种具体做法。针对目前社工专硕研究生实践能力培养过程中存在的一些主要问题,治理视角的分析认为,片面强调分权与多中心,并不能促成高校与政府相关部门及社会组织之间的深度有效合作,而是要在以高校为中心的一主多元治理结构下,从共识塑造、制度建设、主体行动三个层面一体着手,完善校—政—社协同治理体系,提升社工专硕研究生的实践能力。
In recent years,school-government-society cross-border cooperation to improve students'practical ability is a specific way to adapt the reform of practical teaching in the social work specialty to the training goal of high-level applied professionals.In view of the main problems existing in the process of practical ability training of Master of Social Work(MSW),the analysis from the governance perspective holds that one-sided emphasis on decentralization and polycentrism cannot bring about deep and effective cooperation among schools,relevant government departments and social organizations.Under the multi-governance structure centered on colleges,the school-government-society cooperation mechanism should be improved from the three aspects of consensus-building,system construction and main body action,so as to enhance the practical ability of MSW.
