摘要
地方大学的发展水平决定着我国高等教育的发展质量和发展水平。目前,我国地方大学发展状况非常严峻,政府必须转变高等教育政策,引导地方大学健康发展。大学发展评价作为重要的引导机制之一,必须引导地方大学分类发展、多样化发展和特色化发展,引导地方大学准确定位,坚持规模与质量同时并重的发展原则。
The development of local universities contributes to the quality and development of Chinese HE. At present, local universi- ties of China are in critical situations, and it is necessary for the government to change HE policies to guide the development of local u- niversities in a healthy way. University Development Evaluation is one of most guiding mechanisms. It should guide local universities to develop respectively, to develop with variety and characteristics, to find their right place, and to place emphasis on both quantity and quality.
