摘要
职业院校师资队伍建设的关键是专业教学团队的建设。当前高水平“双师型”教师创新团队建设还面临教师企业实践经验不足、教师培养缺少动态管理和考核激励机制、校企命运共同体尚未形成、团队成员稳定性有待加强等问题。文章以湖南汽车工程职业学院汽车运用与维修专业教师教学创新团队为例,从突出师德首位、加强制度建设、实施“四划”、团队协作共同体建设、创新教法等方面进行探索与实践,试图探索形成高水平“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设可推广的模式。
The key to the construction of teaching staff in vocational colleges is the construction of professional teaching teams.At present,the construction of high-level "dual-qualified" teacher innovation teams is still faced with problems such as insufficient practical experience in teacher enterprises,lack of dynamic management and assessment incentive mechanism for teacher training,a community of shared future between schools and enterprises,and the stability of team members needs to be strengthened.This article takes the teaching innovation team of automobile application and maintenance professional teachers in Hunan Automobile Engineering Vocational College as an example,and explores and practices from the aspects of highlighting the first place of teachers’ morality,strengthening system construction,implementing "four plans",building a teamwork community,and innovating teaching methods.Try to explore a model that can be promoted for the formation of high-level "double-qualified" teachers’ teaching innovation team building.
