摘要
软件行业的蓬勃发展需要大量高素质的软件人才,因此,该文分析当前软件人才培养现状,对特色化软件人才培养进行探索和实践:科学确定了特色化人才培养目标,构建了“四维一体”的人才培养模式,建立了多元化的管理模式,建设了丰富的课程资源,构建了“多维一体”教学质量评价体系,以期通过这些革新举措培育满足新时代行业发展需要的特色化软件人才。
The flourishing development of the software industry requires a large number of high-quality software talents.This article analyzes the current status of software talent cultivation and explores and practices the cultivation of specialized software talents.We have scientifically determined the goal of distinctive talent cultivation,constructed a four-dimensional integrated talent cultivation model,established a diversified management model,constructed rich course resources,and constructed a multi-dimensional integrated teaching quality evaluation system.The purpose is to cultivate specialized software talents who meet the development needs of the new era industry through these innovative measures.
