摘要
文章通过分析湖南地方高职院校"双师型"教学团队的建设现状,查找地方高职院校"双师型"教学团队建设中存在的问题,分析问题背后的原因,并结合湖南省职业教育改革的具体目标任务,从整合资源、专兼结合,校企互惠、培养升级,政策保障、稳定激励三个角度,针对性地提出"双师型"教学团队建设的具体策略,有效解决地方高职院校"双师型"教学团队建设的困境,为其他高职院校"双师型"教学团队建设提供借鉴经验.
This article analyzes the current situation of the construction of"dual teacher"teaching teams in local vocational colleges in Hunan,identifies the problems in the construction of"dual teacher"teaching teams in local vocational colleges,analyzes the reasons behind the problems,and combines the specific goals and tasks of vocational education reform in Hunan Province.From three perspectives:integrating resources,combining full-time and parttime,mutual benefit between schools and enterprises,training and upgrading,policy guarantee,and stable incentives,Targeted specific strategies for the construction of"dual teacher"teaching teams are proposed,effectively solving the difficulties in the construction of"dual teacher"teaching teams in local vocational colleges,and providing reference experience for the construction of"dual teacher"teaching teams in other vocational colleges.
