“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设的现实困境与破解路径 被引量:14

摘要 建设“双师型”教师教学创新团队是我国职业院校提升教学质量的重要举措。“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设目前面临“双师型”教师数量短缺,教师认定标准不完善;师资来源单一,团队结构不均衡;培训体系不健全,激励机制落实不到位等困境。亟须重视源头把关,完善教师资格认定标准;深化产教融合,推动校企形成命运共同体;统筹现有资源,开展教学团队培训工作;注重考核评价,鼓励多元主体参与。从而打造出一批高水平、高质量的“双师型”教师教学创新团队,以推动我国职业教育发展。 Building a teaching innovation team of “dual-qualified” teachers is an important measure to improve the teaching quality of vocational colleges in China. At present, the construction of the teaching innovation team of “dual-qualified” teachers is faced with the difficulties such as the shortage of “dual-qualified” teachers, the imperfect standard of teacher identification, the single source of teachers, the unbalanced team structure, the imperfect training system and the inadequate implementation of incentive mechanism. There is an urgent need to pay attention to the entrance criteria of teachers, improve the verification standards of teachers’ qualifications, deepen the integration of industry and education, promote the formation of a community with a shared future for schools and enterprises, coordinate existing resources, carry out teaching team training, pay attention to assessment and evaluation, and encourage different stakeholders to participate. By taking the above measures, it believed that the number of high-standard teaching innovation teams of “dual-qualified” teachers will increased, promoting the development of vocational education in China.
