摘要
发达国家职业技术教育制度和发展模式各具特色,各有不同,但其职业教育教师专业发展的各种规章制度却具有共同性和普遍性。各国严格规范职教教师的资质标准和新教师的准入条件,明确规定教师要拥有企业工作经历与实践经验,重视教师入职后的岗位培训和继续教育。这些规制要求及经验做法为我们提供了很好的样例,对我国职业院校教师专业发展制度建设和全面提升教师队伍的整体素质具有重要的启示价值。
The vocational and technical education in the developed countries possess their own features and various characteristics in education system and mode.But all of the provisions on the vocational and technical education teachers' professional development are common and universal.All the developed countries strictly regulate the quality standards of vocational teachers and new teachers access conditions,specifying that all the teachers should have company working experience and practice experience and paying attention to the teachers' job training and continuing education.These rules,regulations and experience provides good examples for us to learn,giving us valuable enlightenment to construct the system on the vocational and technical education teachers' specialization and professionalization and enhancing the overall quality of teachers.
