摘要
卫生健康法治人才是“健康法治中国”建设的重要推动者和践行者。我国对该类人才的需求将持续增加,新冠肺炎疫情暴发后,对该类人才的培养更是刻不容缓。本文着重分析了在新文科建设背景下卓越卫生健康法治人才培养的内涵及其所面临的机遇和挑战,提出应以健康法治中国建设为契机,以大卫生大健康理念为指导,以新文科教育理念为引领,明晰人才培养目标、精准制定培养方案,实行科研智库培养模式、健全卫生健康法治国际化合作培养机制等对策建议,以实现卓越卫生健康法治人才培养路径的全面创新与升级。
Legal professionals in health care are important promoters and practitioners of the construction of healthy rule of law in China.The demand for such talents in China will continue to increase,and the cultivation of such talents is even more urgent after the COVID-19 outbreak.This paper analyzes emphatically the connotationof outstanding health talents training under the rule of law and its opportunities and challenges under the background of new liberal arts construction,suggests that we should take the construction of healthy rule of law in China as an op⁃portunity,take the concept of great health as the guidance,take the concept of new liberal arts education as the guid⁃ance,clearly define the goal of talent training and accurately formulate the training program,implement the training mode of scientific research think tank and improve the international cooperation and training mechanism for health and the rule of law,in order to realize the comprehensive innovation and upgrading of the cultivation path of outstand⁃ing legal talents in healthcare.
