摘要
特殊医学用途配方食品旨在为患者提供特殊的营养物质,其本质是食品,但需要参考药品标准管理,故其标签管理应比一般食品管理更严格。我国的相关制度刚建立不久,其中的标签管理制度尚不完善、缺乏法律方面的规制,这对于产业发展、临床应用均有较大影响;比较国内外该类食品标签在管理方面的差异,从其标签细化、标签立法、市场监管及公众宣教等方面对我国该类食品标签规范化管理提出建议。
Food for special medical purposes(FSMP)is designed to provide patients with special nutrients.It is essentially food,but it needs to be managed by referring to drug standard,so its label management should be stricter than general food management.The relevant system in our country has just been established,and the label manage⁃ment system is not perfect and lacks legal regulation,which has a great impact on industrial development and clini⁃cal application.This paper compares the differences in the management of FSMP food labels at home and abroad,and propose suggestions for the standardized management of FSMP food labeling in China from the perspectives of FSMP label refinement,label legislation,market regulation,and public education.
